This tray is normally used in place of a DST(design style tray). It adds a cleaner looking finish to the package, and can be set-up easily, It is self locking, and doesn't require taping, stitching, or glueing that a DST would . Also the rolled ends afford more cushioningn and protection. A roll end tray can be used in conjunction with a roll side tary to form a 2 piece telescope that gives added protection of having rolls an all 4 sides, and a very strong, finished looking package.Also this tray is commonly used as lid for record storage boxes.
